Account Activation Process

• Select the Log in button in top right of the GILS website 

• Log in with your OR number and any password: 
  • If your account has not yet been activated you will receive a password reset email at your work email. 
  • If you receive an error please try disconnecting from your agency VPN and try again.

State employees from exception agencies, boards, and commissions (Oregon Board of Psychologist Examiners, Oregon State Lottery, Travel Information Council, Oregon State Board of Architect Examiners, State Landscape Architect Board, Oregon Board of Physical Therapy, Oregon Tourism Commission) Fellows, interns, and contractors performing state work, who are not listed in Workday
