Creating a Culture of Belonging

Urban Libraries Council’s Creating a Culture of Belonging program is a six-session learning series of peer workshops designed to assist public library leaders and staff on their journey to creating inclusive library systems.

Sessions will be hosted every other Wednesday from September 3 through November 12, 10a - 11a PT:         Sept. 3, Sept. 17, Oct. 1, Oct 15, Oct. 29, Nov. 12

Participants are encouraged to register as a team (maximum of three staff members per library), with at least one member of the library's leadership and one member of front-line staff.

Participants will be expected to complete half-hour online modules in preparation of each live meeting.
